UNE éTUDE THéMATIQUE DU MISANTHROPE DE MOLIѐRE
CHAPTER ONE
Introduction
La littérature est le miroir de la société qui reflète la vie sociale, économique, politique et la vie culturelle de cette société donnée. Elle joue un rôle de dénonciateur des maux de la société. Nous avons les différents types de littérature comme : La littérature africaine, la littérature antillaise, la littérature française.
Dans ce mémoire, j’aimerais me concentrer sur la littérature française. La littérature française comprend l’ensemble des œuvres écrites par des auteurs de nationalité française ou de langue française. Son histoire commence en ancien français au moyen ge et se perpétue aujourd’hui.
Dans ce travail, j’aimerais étudier les thèmes du Misanthrope de Molière. La pièce est une comédie, aussi l’auteur est auteur du XVIIe siècle. D’abord quelques définitions de thème. Selon le dictionnaire universel : Le thème c’est le sujet, matière, proposition, que l’on entreprend de traiter dans un ouvrage, un discours ce à quoi s’applique la pensée de quelqu’un ; ce qui constitue l’essentiel de ses pré occupations.
Au début du XVIIe siècle ; Paris ne possède qu’une salle de thétre : l’Hôtel de Bourgogne alors occupée par la Troupe Royale. C’est Louis xiv qui, permettant à la troupe de prendre ce nom, donna aux comédien une situation officielle privilégiée. Mais cette situation n’était pas la même pour tous les acteurs… ni si privilégiée qu’on pourrait le croire, comme on le verra plus loin. La Troupe Royale fait d’abord dans la farce, où triomphent le Gros-Guillaume, Gaultier-Garguille et Turlu pin avant de se spécialiser dans la tragédie, qui rendra célèbres Bellerose, Floridor, Montfleury et la Champmesié.
Peu à peu, d’autres troupes s’installent dans d’autres Hôtels de paris : le thétre du Marais (1600-1673) sous la direction du tragédien Mondory : la troupe de Molière (1658-1680) au petit Bourbon-puis au palais-Royal bti par Richelieu- : la comédie française(1680), issue de la fusion des troupes de l’Hôtel Guénégaud et de l’Hôtel de Bourgogne par ordre du roi.
Le drame Satirise l’hypocrisie de la société aristocratique des Français, il s’engage aussi d’un accent plus sérieux quand il signale le défault possèdé par les être humains. Le drame est différent d’autres farces à l’époque en employant les personnages dynamique comme Alceste et Célimène au contraire aux personnages traditionnellement peu connus employés par beaucoup d’écrivains satiristes pour critiquer les problèmes dans la société.
Dans ce mémoire, nous comptons utiliser trois chapitres. Le premier sera consacré a la présentation de l’auteur. Ceci nous permettra de voir l’homme, ses œuvres et l’œuvres choisie. Les thèmes principaux seront traités dans le deuxième chapitre. Ici nous verrons thème de l’honnêteté, de l’hypocrisie et de l’amour.
Le troisième chapitre traitera des thèmes secondaires à savoir la jalousie, le pouvoir, la critique et la modération.
Enfin suivront la conclusion, les Référence et la Bibliographie.
Passons maintenant au premier chapitre.
