IMPROVING ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE THROUGH EFFECTIVE STAFF DISCIPLINE AND CONTROL
ABSTRACT
The topic of this project is Improving Organizational Performance Through Effective Staff Discipline and Control (A case study of Ogun transport company OTC) Abeokuta. It discussed an overview of the concept of discipline and control, types and forms of disciplinary measures. It also discussed the various ways of improving disciplinary and control process. Finally, the project recommended that there must be sound staff discipline and control so as to improve the organizational performance of workers, it also added that there must be adequate provision for effective means of communication.
